چکیده
In recent years, the low Zn content of wheat has become critical. Consequently, solutions that can improve nutrition are highly researched. present investigation, we aimed to evaluate potential benefits phosphate-solubilizing bacteria isolated from Ziziphus lotus on seedling growth. Based criteria, four strains, J16, J143, J146, and J158, were identified by 16SrRNA gene sequencing as Pseudomonas moraviensis, Bacillus halotolerans, Enterobacter hormaechei, frederiksbergensis, respectively. Studies conventional properties plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) showed E. hormaechei J146 produced up 550 mg·L?1 indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). Siderophores ammonia all strains but cellulase was restricted B. halotolerans whereas proteases missing in P. frederiksbergensis J158. tolerate 1.5 copper cadmium, while J143 withstood nickel. Strains halotolerant J158 remarkably improved seed germination, growth, absorption. Lastly, nutrient measurement revealed a inoculated with increased its nitrogen potassium uptake 17%.

متن کاملPlant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria: A Critical Review
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are naturally occurring soil bacteria that aggressively colonize plant roots and benefit plants by providing growth promotion. Inoculation of crop plants with certain strains of PGPR at an early stage of development improves biomass production through direct effects on root and shoots growth. Inoculation of ornamentals, forest trees, vegetables, and a...
